This is my portrait from Te Tuhi.

I had lots of trouble making it.

It has bad color.

I feel disappointed about the bad looks.

Addition

I am learning to calculate the answer of an addition equation.

Reflection:

I used a Stage 4 Strategy to solve the equation.

Next I must learn how to

 break the numbers up to help me solve the equations.

Lolly Lei

I made a Lolly Lei with Gabriel before the school gala.  He did the knots while I put in the lollies.
I dragged the lollies if they weren't where they were.  We had to make 2 Lolly Leis.
It was really easy except for dragging the lollies.

Success Criteria:

I know that I have been successful when: I use different nouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs.

Reflection: 

I was learning to use descriptive words in my writing.

It was tricky to find suitable words.

Next I will use a dictionary or thesaurus to help me with my work.
