I am learning to make (happy numbers)or tidy tens to help me solve my addition equations.

Reflection:

I am learning to make tidy tens.

It was tricky to know which

number to make into a tidy ten.

Now I am proud that I'm using a

Stage 5 strategy. Next I can

practise using more tidy tens.

I used a Stage 4 Strategy to solve the equation.

Next I must learn how to

 break the numbers up to help me solve the equations.

Lolly Lei

I made a Lolly Lei with Gabriel before the school gala.  He did the knots while I put in the lollies.
I dragged the lollies if they weren't where they were.  We had to make 2 Lolly Leis.
It was really easy except for dragging the lollies.

It was tricky to find suitable words.
